My journey led me to live in Scotland for 9 years
This has been the adventure of my life, full of experiences, both personally and professionally.
Once I obtained my Bachelor of Sciences (Honours) in Psychology at Edinburgh Napier University, I started to specialise in supporting victims of crime with a national charity organisation.
Being a volunteer with Children First for a year, afterward I had the opportunity to dedicate time at Edinburgh High Court where I provided emotional and practical support to victims of all crimes within the criminal justice system.
During my time working for Victim Support Scotland, I had the privilege to provide support to survivors on their path to their emotional recovery and help them to adapt to the new version of themselves.
With the benefit of hindsight, I wish I could have delivered further support, going well beyond the trauma support and having the capacity to offer a new door into wellness.
My personal path also brought my return to France which allowed me to reassess the assets I had at my disposal.
After a time of deep reflection, I shifted towards complementary therapies in order to add layers to my existing experience and offer an enhanced humanist approach.
This way, I was able to combine my empathic and multicultural perspective to multifaceted techniques such as sophrology and psychogenealogy which merge perfectly my experience in victimology.
Always caring, I'm here to support you on your path and help you overcome obstacles.
I engaged in different forms of training and specialisations, further strengthened with a choice of personal development courses to add different layers to my practice.
I intervene mostly within the associative sector and through the institutions (educational and medical) in order to reach the needs of the community where it's most needed. I can also consult in the comfort of your home or by visioconference.
Keeping an open mind, I aim to create bridges between different techniques to offer a holistic approach. I constantly re-evaluate myself in order to have a better overview of my practice.
As we experience learning throughout life, I have developed a particular interest in lifelong learning.
* Lifelong learning can be defined as the ongoing and self-motivated pursuit of knowledge throughout life.
