Some Health Care can provide financial cover for some Sophrology sessions. Ask your health insurance for more information.
In case you find yourself unable to use the sessions you purchased, you have the possibility to transfer the remainder of your sessions to family and friends. The validity of each session is 1 year.

The 1 hour sessions are an estimate only seeing that each session is unique. The efficiency of every session lies in your personal journey and the insight you gain every time….time is relative.
