This sensory activity could be at your side in pursuing the maintenance of your well-being at this precious time in your life. These yoga sessions offer a moment of social interaction where postures are adapted to each person's possibilities.

From a seated position, Adapted Yoga responds to the needs of people with reduced mobility.
